Our Mission

Canadian companies building in healthcare, fintech, government, and other regulated industries face a difficult choice: use American-owned hyperscalers and accept the compliance risk, or cobble together fragmented Canadian hosting providers that lack modern developer experience.

Nanaja exists to eliminate that tradeoff. We're building cloud infrastructure that is fully Canadian-owned and operated, with a developer experience that rivals the best platforms in the world — because compliance shouldn't mean compromise.

Why Canada Matters

The U.S. CLOUD Act grants American authorities access to data held by U.S.-headquartered companies, regardless of where that data is physically stored. For Canadian organizations subject to PIPEDA, PHIPA, or provincial privacy legislation, this creates a real legal exposure.

Nanaja is incorporated in Canada, operated by Canadians, and stores all data exclusively in Canadian data centres. No foreign jurisdiction has a legal pathway to your data through us.
